I also provides CE Classes and Marketing support to professionals in the real estate industry. I am very passionate about educating and keeping up-to-date on our current industry. I am license in multiple states to teach our REALTOR® partners their continuing education requirements for their license. In order to do this, I also must be certified in each state I teach as well as understand the laws and regulations for each state as an instructor as well as Loan Officer. While educating the agents, I am able to build a relationship and trust and many of the agent choose to use our for their clientele and their financing needs with the financing on mortgages. This is an excellent strategy to meet many REALTORS® all over the country as well as other Loan Officers who want to mirror our business model. Building relationships and trust is my best strategy to get to more buyers and homeowners that need our assistance. I am Blessed to work with many Vendor partners who also assist in meeting new REALTOR® partners such as Title Companies, Home Warranty companies, Lock Smiths, Permanent Deodorizing Companies and Caterers that assist us in our classes. We provide a ton of knowledge along with food and tons of fun. Come to one of our classes to see how much fun learning can be.
