These are the typical documentation you will need in order to process your Mortgage:

Application items:

• Clear color copy of driver’s license

• Current copy of your mortgage statement (s) for each property owned

• current copy of home owner’s insurance statement for each property owned

• current copy of HOA statement for each property owned

• current copy of property tax information

• Current Lease on any investment property

Income items:

• 2021 and 2022 Federal Tax Returns (all pages)

• 2021 and  2022 W2’s / 1099’s / K-1’s

• Current 30 day pay stubs (for all jobs)

• Current Social Security Award letter

• Current Pension pay stub or letter showing income

Assets items:

• Current 2 months bank statements (all pages – even if they are blank).  Please source any non-payroll deposits with a copy of the check image and letter of explanation to source the deposit.

• Current retirement statement – if applicable

Other Misc. Items:

• Child Support Documents, court ordered

• Divorce Decree

• Bankruptcy documents
