Mission for the Deaf

My Mission

I have a very specific mission when working with the Deaf Community.  As of now, I feel that many Deaf clients deal with being left out of important communication with the loan process.  When any person(s) are applying for a loan, it is the Loan Officer’s responsibility to give full access to their clients’ educating and learning about the loan options.  I find that my Deaf clients are not given this information. 

So, my mission is to change this with each client I work with.  I believe in full transparent and open communication.  No secrets, no surprises.  We want to fully educate you with all options, good and bad and facilitate the ability for you to choose what is best for you.  It is vital to communicate in yoru first language to secure full comprehension and confidence in the transaction and process.
