I was referred to Cindy by a friend several years ago. I called her and told her I wanted to refinance my mortgage since the rates were low. Cindy met with me and went over my options. We agreed on an option that worked best for me and my situation. Cindy is a very good communicator and made sure I understood everything. Since that time, Cindy has kept in touch with me and my mortgage. Earlier this year I received an email from Cindy stating that my balance was now low enough that I can get rid of my mortgage insurance and this would drop my monthly mortgage payment several hundred dollars a month. This is awesome service but probably just another day for Cindy as she seems to take great care of all her clients.

Cindy helped us with our first FHA loan and also a refinancing 2 years later. We've saved a lot of money with both deals. Cindy was willing to meet at our home to explain the ins and outs of mortgage loans, gave us options and was straightforward. When my husband and I embarked on buying a home together (we each had one from before our marriage) Cindy was referred to us by our realtor. While our realtor did not last Cindy was with us through not 1, not 2, but 3 escrow process. The third one was a charm and we are so happy in our perfect home!

During escrow #2, we hit a major snag (under contract with a home in a 55 or older community...neither my husband nor 1 being anywhere close to 55). Our realtor and her supervisor were non responsive, but Cindy gave us her time, guidance and advice as we traversed this scary realization. Cindy is amazing! We were nervous as this was the first time we were using a VA loan. She walked us through every step, even going as far to get us under written before house hunting.
